Essential Oils:

Traditionally used in Hindu practices to support spiritual healing and grounding, it's known to soothe mental chatter and induce a state of calm focus.

Sweet Orange essential oils are cold-pressed from the rind of sweet oranges. This oil carries a fresh, sweet citrus aroma reminiscent of ripe oranges. Its vibrant scent energises and uplifts, promoting feelings of joy and warmth.

Basic pulse point use

Apply small amounts, as required, to wrist or neck, or preferred points on skin. Breathe the healing aromas in deeply. Root Awakening can be used on the point at base of the spine at your back. This is the suggested closest point to your root chakra, and works just as effectively during meditation practices. Please remember this is intended for external use only on the skin's surface.
