Roman Camomile oil has been used since ancient times, known to be one of the oldest herbal remedies known to man. Ylang Ylang essential oil is derived from the steam distillation of its delicate flowers, this oil is truly precious, requiring a ratio of 1:50 (oil to flowers) for production. It helps ease irritability, balance mood, slow the heart rate and soothe the nervous system.

Clary Sage plant can be used in totality, from the leaves, stems, flowers to seeds. It features an earthy, nutty aroma can help with regulating hormones, relieving menstrual pains and improving sleep.
