Essential Oils:

Fennel oil is produced through steam distillation fennel seeds. Its properties aid in balancing hormones, menstrual irregularities and also mimics estrogenic activity.

Ylang Ylang essential oil is derived from the steam distillation of its delicate flowers, this oil is truly precious, requiring a ratio of 1:50 (oil to flowers) for production. It helps ease irritability, balance mood, slow the heart rate and soothe the nervous system. 

Geranium essential oil is steam distilled from the aromatic flowers and leaves of this plant, giving it a floral aroma. The oil aids to support adrenal health and soothes emotions.
