Valerian plants have historically been used, in Roman times, in medicine for the treatment of insomnia, migraines and stomach issues. Its deeply sedating nature supports sleep by reducing anxiety and calming the nerves.

Vetiver is a perennial grass recognised for its strongly relaxing and sedating properties. great for insomnia and reducing anxiety.
