When combined with our Ground blend, it boosts the effectiveness of the essential oils, enhancing their grounding properties. Essential Oils:

Myrrh is a resin-like substance extracted from trees. In ancient cultures, it played a prominent role in medicine and religious/spiritual rituals. It was valued for its therapeutic properties, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial effects, and also known to deepen meditation and encourage inner exploration and grounding.

Vetiver is a highly regarded and opulent essential oil derived from the roots of the vetiver grass, which reach to depths of 5m underground. Its ability to stabilise soil, resist erosion and improve soil fertility makes it one of the most grounding oils, excellent for overactive, anxious minds.

Patchouli oil is derived from the leaves of the patchouli plant, a type of aromatic herb. It has a characteristic scent often described as woody and spicy. It's used for its deeply grounding and centering effect on the nerves.

Bergamot essential oil is cold-pressed from this citrus fruit. It has powerful qualities that helps relieve stress and anxiety, providing an uplifting and grounded feeling.
