Neroli 3% is a blend of pure Neroli essential oil diluted to 3% in Jojoba Oil. Neroli is produced from the blossoms of the bitter orange tree. It has a honey sweet scent with green and spicy tones. It's used for its effectiveness in balancing cortisol, reducing anxiety, and calming/comforting tendencies.
