With earthy base notes and a subtle touch of sweetness, this mixture blends pure essential oils of eucalyptus, thyme and peppermint. Allow the finest scents from nature's backyard to guide you toward a clearer, uplifting mindset - one breath at a time.

Breathe Well is available in 10ml roll-ons / sprays for pulse point use and also in 15ml bottles for diffuser use.

Essential Oils:

Peppermint is extracted from peppermint plant leaves through the steam distillation process. It has a distinctive, sharp and refreshing aroma, and scientific studies have shown that the menthol found in peppermint oil acts as a decongestant, loosening mucus and making it easier to breathe.

Eucalyptus leaves are dried and crushed before being distilled to release the potent essential oil. Its refreshing scent improves oxygen flow and known for its ability to clear sinus congestion and support respiratory health.

Thyme plant is a member of the mint family. It contains thymol, which gives the oil its antiseptic properties. it's also one of the strongest antioxidant oils around. Thyme has natural properties that can help relieve coughs and support overall lung function.
