Apply small amounts, as required, to wrist or neck, or preferred points on skin. Breathe the healing aromas in deeply. Throat Activation can be used in the hollow point of your throat during meditation. Please remember this is intended for external use only on the skin's surface.

Inhaling Throat Activation through diffusion can enhance your experience, creating a refreshing aromatic environment without direct skin contact and offers a safer way to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of essential oils in the atmosphere.
