Essential Oils:

Cinnamon oil is extracted from the dried inner bark of the shoots of its tree. Its benefits include promoting blood flow, helping stimulate circulation. Increased blood flow allows for more oxygen and nutrients to the affected area and can encourage quicker healing.

Rosemary offers powerful antibacterial and antioxidant benefits. It energises the body and supports vascular health with its refreshing, herbaceous aroma.

Black Pepper is extracted from peppercorns formed on flowering vine, which are then dried, crushed and distilled to release its potent oils. it is commonly used to enhance warmth and circulation, which make it ideal for easing muscle stiffness and boosting vitality.

Lemon essential oil is extracted from the peel of fresh lemons through steam extraction or sometimes through a cold-pressing process that pricks and turns the peel as oil is released. Known to improve cold symptoms and give a refreshing feeling.
