Essential Oils:

Black Pepper is extracted from peppercorns formed on flowering vine, which are then dried, crushed and distilled to release its potent oils. it is commonly used to enhance warmth and circulation, which make it ideal for easing muscle stiffness and boosting vitality.

Lemon essential oil is extracted from the peel of fresh lemons through steam extraction or sometimes through a cold-pressing process that pricks and turns the peel as oil is released. Known to improve cold symptoms and give a refreshing feeling.
